Consumer Rights:

Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Return Conditions

GENERAL


By placing an order electronically via the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the Pre-Contract Information Form and Distance Selling Agreement provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase, as well as other applicable laws in force.

Shipping costs (for orders below the specified purchase amount) shall be borne by the Buyer.

Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or entity at the address indicated by the Buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the SELLER must notify the BUYER in writing within 3 (Three) days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the BUYER within 14 (Fourteen) days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR


If the BUYER fails to pay the purchase price of the product or if the payment is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product shall cease.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD


If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the BUYER for payment was used fraudulently by unauthorized persons, and the amount of the sold product is not paid to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution, the BUYER must return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 (three) days, with the shipping costs borne by the SELLER.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES


If circumstances beyond the SELLER's control arise and the product cannot be delivered within the specified time, the BUYER will be notified.

The BUYER may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the BUYER cancels the order, the payment made in cash shall be refunded to the BUYER within 14 (Fourteen) days from the date of cancellation. If the BUYER has made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of cancellation; however, it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the BUYER's account. In such a case, the SELLER shall not be liable.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT


The BUYER shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before accepting delivery; the BUYER shall not accept delivery of damaged or defective goods/services such as those that are dented, broken, or have torn packaging from the shipping company. The goods/services delivered shall be deemed to be undamaged and in good condition. The BUYER shall be obliged to keep the goods/services in good condition after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the goods/services shall not be used. The invoice shall also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


The BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to the BUYER or the person/entity designated by the BUYER, provided that the BUYER notifies the SELLER through the contact information below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD


If the product purchased is a service, the 14 (fourteen) day period begins on the date the contract is signed. In service contracts where the provision of the service has commenced with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of the “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” clause in this contract.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


The invoice for the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER (if the invoice for the product to be returned is a corporate invoice, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the company when returning the product. Returns of orders with invoices issued in the name of companies cannot be completed without a RETURN INVOICE).

The return form, the box, packaging, and any standard accessories of the products to be returned must be delivered in full and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS


The SELLER is obligated to refund the total amount and any documents that place the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the cancellation notice and to receive the goods back within 20 (twenty) days.

If the value of the goods decreases due to the BUYER's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obligated to compensate the SELLER for the damages in proportion to the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes or damages resulting from the proper use of the goods or products within the withdrawal period.

If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the total amount of the order to fall below the campaign limit set by the SELLER, the discount amount availed under the campaign shall be canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED


Products prepared at the request of the BUYER or specifically tailored to their personal needs and not suitable for return, such as underwear, swimwear, makeup products, single-use items, products prone to rapid deterioration or with an expired shelf life, and products that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, products related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement, services performed immediately in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer, and sound or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables, and packaging, are not eligible for return if the packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Additionally, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires, in accordance with the Regulation.

Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, as well as stationery supplies (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, unused, undamaged, and unused.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES


If the BUYER defaults on payment made by credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake to pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement between them and the card-issuing bank and to be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; may claim the expenses incurred and attorney's fees from the BUYER; and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to the debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the damage and loss incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
